Basic Knowledge Project

Welcome to the home of the Arché research project on Basic Knowledge. The project is funded by the AHRC and will run from September 2007 to August 2012. Future Meetings of the BasicKnowledgeSeminar

Epistemology Early Evenings

During the Arché recess, the Epistemology Early Evenings group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 4.30 to 6 at the Oak Rooms. Each week we discuss a recent paper in epistemology. The relevant information and paper are sent around weekly to the epistemology mailing list.

Basic Knowledge Workshops and Conferences

The Basic Knowledge Project is scheduled to run two workshops per year and two major international conferences, strictly connected to the various phases of the project (see the Prospectus). Details of the events are made available as soon as finalized.

Discussion Board

To follow up on our discussion from the seminar there is the Epistemology Discussionboard to add your comments or start new discussions.

The BasicKnowledgeBibliography

The BasicKnowledgeBibliography is a collaborative and ongoing enterprise run by the project's members. It is thematically divided according to the various phases of the Basic Knowledge Project.
